I graduated! Yes, one of important milestones of my life. Struggled little for the first job, very difficult for just out of college freshers to get a job but I could grab one. Spent 5-6 years with same company and never looked outside may be for reasons like already seen growth and good pay package. But when I think of looking for opportunities outside, I get stuck at updating my resume. There are so many things that have been done, I find it so difficult to put it on the paper now. Even if I would, I am not sure how impressive resume I would ever write - specially when I am looking for managerial and leader positions outside. It’s not so easy in the States that you can easily grab those jobs without you can prove it on your “first impression” - your resume.

I would have preferred to work on my resume but time is a big constraint and I don’t want to look fool after spending so much time and if I don’t like my resume myself.
