Hmm that’s strange. Anyways I don’t really care about statistics such as technorati rank or alexa - I’m concentrating more on good ranking in Google…

That sounds weird, it’s easy for low ranking blogs to change a lot in ranking, but much harder for high ranking ones.

@ Net Covered, remember the ranking in Alexa and Technorati matters a lot now since Google slapped PR ban on websites that were monetizing themselves by selling high PR backlinks. Many paid blog services started giving importance to technorati and alexa along with link popularity.

Hey, good luck with your goal! It’s 14,696 right now, you’re getting there… But that’s really weird, that’s quite a big drop!

I don’t really no the importance of Technorati but I do agree with the alexa ranking. How would I check my Technorati ranking?

Sorry about the Techno Slap : (

Anything you can do to get more exposure for your blog is worth it, although getting decent rankings in Google should be the main goal.
