It’s a dedicated niche of electronic components, that is highly needed for manufacturers and companies in there. There will be very few online marketplaces for these products so one knows where to go while finding out some obsolete electronic components. Usbid.com has database of over 30+ million new electronic parts as well as obsolete, military parts, discontinued parts like hard to find semiconductors.
The system is free to use
Unlike other marketplaces, users have free access to component data sheets. As a client, you can register as a buyer or seller. Buyers can use the extended search and look for the part needed using the search box at the top left. Sellers can upload their inventory.
Ease of Use
The system though has like 30+ million electronic components, the extended search functionality makes it lot easier. Again, need not to only rely on search feature but there is integrated circuits catalog available that allows you to browse through the components by electronic part number’s first alpha character or electronic part number’s first numeric character. Now believe me, this would certainly required when usbid.com has over thousands of sources including OEM surplus and OCM excess inventory. I can’t imagine searching through 30+ million parts without search or catalogs.
