I do not have dofollow on my blog right now, but I still see comments that say thanks for sharing and pop up more than once with the same domain. I think this is a really cool plugin, the only hard thing is deciding which comments to follow and which ones nofollow. Currently, if it smells like spam I just delete it as such and leave all other comments as DoFollow.
