Paypal rules, so it is very frustrating that in Croatia we can’t receive money to our Paypal account, only make payments. Hope it will change soon.

I’m using paypal for 2 years now and I never had any problems. Its good to know that paypal is thinking of countries outside of US so they can start using theyre services and automatically get closer to online business market.
