I must say that this is an strange method for PayPal. Probably because some laws have changed or something. Or it’s just an business trick from PayPal.

I’m in the U.S., and Paypal gives us all sorts of issues. I can’t tell you how many times my account was limited “due to suspicious behavior” (at least, that’s what they said everytime I called them up). In other words, they said they noticed something odd on my account and would freeze it, causing nothing more than a pain in my neck to deal with. This is when all transactions are coming through as normal. What can you do though? Paypal is one of the most widely accepted payment processors (and most familiar) on the internet, so it’s a catch 22. Gotta still take the risks and run with them.

PayPal isn’t working properly for Indian users. PayPal seems to be deliberately blocking personal payments to and/or from India, however commercial payments remain unaffected by the issue.

Why do they hate Indian people? Because Indians are intelligent and knows a lot of things. Now, Indians will need to find an alternative to Paypal. Just sad to hear this news.

This really sucks, I do not know why Indian users are being dealt with like this by Paypal.

It makes sense to have serious payments distributed via a business account, what makes it unclear to me is why they initially targetted Indians, besides the fact that indians and chinese people use paypal more than anyone else :)

I wonder what the reason behind this could be. Is it to make more people use Paisapay? I’m not sure if the two could be linked but that’s the only reason I can think of.
