Well, I try to always bring good news to webmasters and publishers but this time I could not. Adsense, after one year long research, decided to pass on the Adsense referral benefits to only North American, Latin American and Japanese Adsense publishers. Their official blog post clearly mentions that there would be no more adsense referral money to any of non-american and non-Japanese publishers.
Just to give an idea, how much you could make before being adsense publisher and resident of any part of the world. When someone of your referrals make $5 in 180 days of signing up, you also used to get $5 as referral bonus. If the same publishers make $100 in that time frame, you would get $250 for that so called fruitful sign-up for Google adsense.
I personally take it as discrimination against non-US and non-Japanese publishers as this big change in adsense does not seem to be decided on where the traffic coming from but simply from publisher’s location. So dude, if you stay outside mentioned nations and your blog has good US traffic - don’t expect a penny here after, I mean after last week of January 2008.
If you being outside US or Japan and your blog or website has good adsense publisher referral income, enjoy till last week of Jan month, meanwhile you would not be able to create new buttons for adsense referral now.

It’s probably not a discrimination mate but rather the result of the trial period of the referral program.
