Must be some kind of frame they use. If it does not slow site down i guess it does not matter but i would like option to not have it also. I never knew some words could get you in toruble in canada. There are certain things that you cannot legally say in Canada. WORDS can get you thrown into jail there. I'm sure that Rogers will argue that net-neutrality will allow people to say these forbidden things and therefore they will be allowed to become gatekeepers.
