When you buy a new domain, of course it will be with “no page rank” for Google. I am not talking about buying already booked domain names on resale. That may have some page rank, but as a word of caution, always remember to check if the domain name was blocked by Google. You can check it by using it’s indexing in Google.
I bought this domain name few days back and wish to increase it’s page rank in next Google page rank update. Let’s see how it goes.

1. Your domain should be linked from various websites and blogs so that Google recognizes that your domain name is popular.
2. Write good articles, so people tend to link back to your posts.
3. Start commenting on other blogs, to let them know that you exist.
4. Exchange the links with other webmaster or bloggers, if possible go for 3-way link exchanging than reciprocal exchanges. 3-way link exchange will help you to get one-way back links than reciprocal. Believe me, Google loves one-way back links.
