This is success! Success of quality posts, success of this blog and it’s readers. I was pretty confident about readers liking this post about Spell check before you post for better user experience and it proved itself as most successful post by being most commented post and one of the most visited pages on this blog as well.

This post has received 50 comments till date since it’s posted on Sept 10th 2007. I know it might not be the fastest post to gain the comments as there are many posts around the blogosphere that get these many comments in few days, but that depends on lot of factors. Some contest posts, just keep on getting 100 comments to win those few $$. This post I am talking about here has gained all the comments as and when readers liked it, thought to comment on it. And I shall say that’s a quality post with quality comments then.

Though this post has received 50 comments, it has touch competition because there 4 other posts arriving at this milestone fast. You can see the list on my right side bar under “Most commented posts”. These four posts about PR change, DoFollow plugin,  Technorati jump and YSM free coupon has received more than 30 comments. I believe this is remarkable when bloggers die to receive even 5 comments for their hot posts.
