It’s embarrassing to say that I wish I could gain some weight, I weight only 130lb(5’9″), wind is going to blow me down. I’ve been like that for years, no matter what my lifestyle is, how much I eat (I eat more than average people). That’s really weird!

yeah…its mostly on the metabolism..if it slows down you put on weight and when it boost up you start losing weight

I have been on the program for 2 months and have lost 30 pounds. I find it to be a very easy and inexpensive program. For me it has worked wonders and I highly recommend it. You do not have to eat cookies all day, you can substitute the cookie for a soup, pudding or shake. I highly recommend this program.

Never drink you calories. Alcohol is awful on your metabolism and the calories are off the chart.

I agree with jenny.A lot of people are obsessed with losing weight.Sure that is okay but adopting a healthy lifestyle is very important.My wife is a nurse and all she tells me is to adopt a healthy lifestyle early because she sees what unhealthy lifestyles do to people later on in life at her work place.

Alot of you think losing weight is an obession because in our minds skinny is beautiful. But for me it was a battle! My doctor said either lose weight or risk dying of heart disease. That is a scary thing. I had what was called a low metabolic disorder. But I used that as an excuse to eat everything!! I mean everything. About 2 years ago I joined the Smart for Life Weight loss program. Man, I wish I could post a picture of what I had looked like back then and what i look like now. I was about a size 20 then and am a 10 now!! Its really unbelieveable how this diet changed my life!! Please for anyone who doesn’t believe in weight loss miracles..check out smartforlife.com.
