Rather than blog about it, I think the best way to keep an eye towards your weight is to not eat tons of junk and stay active during the hours when you are not in front of the computer :D

A quick weight loss is not going to solve any problems. Does it make you fit, stronger, and in better condition? I don’t think so. Besides fiddling around on the Internet, I am a gym owner and I do feel that working out is still the best thing to do.
I know what you guys all mean with sitting in front of the computer and eating. But just a little half an hour of exercise does wonders. It doesn’t need to be hard or heavy. Just a brisk walk will do.

My husband is a telecommuting computer guy. To fight the weight gain of a sedentary job, he has forced himself to roam around the house with his laptop. It is amazing how much climbing the stairs from the basement up to the second floor a few times a day has helped.

I am also upset that blogging made me stop exercising. At least, I try to eat less. I also walk my dog for a few minutes before starting to blog.

I also had the same problem. It’s been just three months since I became a full time online entrepreneur. My body is really out of shape now.:(

Wishing for the “magic pill” to make us all easily drop the pounds is not likely to come, at least in our generation.

1. Eat Healthy
2. Calories In < Calories Out
3. Don’t eat after 8pm
4. Exercise!

I find the best way to loose weight or keep it off is to cut portions down. I eat pretty much the same things but eat less. This way i consume less calories and try to take stairs or walk when ever i can.
