CRM is a twist on what has worked throughout the history of salesman…keeping ontop of what is important to the customer (their name, habits, interests, family, etc.)
I have not tried this specific program.

I agree… CRM is an important tool and one that unfortunately does not get implemented well enough to do it justice. Lately I’ve been excited about free CRM sites like Zoho or http://www.octopuscity.com as a way to get your feet wet without spending hundreds of thousands of dollars first.
