How to get your website indexed with Google in 24 hours

Getting a newly bought domain indexed with Google is not easy task. Google indexing for the new domain will take some time but there are still ways to get the website indexed with Google in one day with these steps below. It has been tried and tested method to get the website indexed.

Create a website with good content

You have to develop a website with typical pages you want in it [For ex: Home page, FAQs, About Us, etc], but make sure there are no “under construction” pages. If you observe, we have developed such pages and they can be accessible from the links at the top of this page.

Site wide internal linking to your pages 

All the pages on your website should be getting internal links, and the best way to do it is use a template. If you are developing a wordpress blog, make sure that you select a wordpress template that gives menu option like this template of my blog does.

Tag your website on few Social Bookmarking websites

Not more, but you can tag your website on couple of popular social bookmarking websites such as Del.icio.us, StumbleUpon.com etc. The only reason is search engines bots visit these websites quite often and index new pages. Certainly, your website link will appear on one of such newly indexed page and search engine robots will come to know about your website link.

Add comment on few popular blogs with your website link

You must have observed that bloggers allow their visitors to comment on the post with visitor’s website link attached to the name. Have a list of few popular blogs ready at hand. I will suggest to select blogs that are very regularly updated like shoemoney.com or problogger.com; read the complete post and make a sensible comment. I would also suggest to find out few blogs with Top Commentators list. You can have your name [along with your website link]  listed there even with 1 good comment and can be on that blog with sitewide backlink.

Submit your website XML Sitemap

Create your XMP sitemap for free and upload it on your website. You can then ping Google by accessing your sitemap page. Most probably your pinging link shall look like this http://google.com/webmasters/sitemaps/ping?sitemap=http://www.lifeiscolourful.com/sitemap.xml

Replace my website name with your new domain name. You now create a Google webmaster account, add your website and submit your XML sitemap there.

Install Google Analytics

Google Analytics is one of the best site visitor details collection service which is provided by Google for free for every webmaster.  Install the Google analytics code on your website and verify it.

Even if no one can guarantee your website indexing with Google, these are few effective steps towards getting the site indexed at the earliest. It will certainly speed up the process of indexing at least.

How to check if your website is indexed in Google?

Go to google.com and check for your website name with the operator “site:”. For ex: site:yourwebsite.com

Good info for new website owner, one more point for getting crawled faster is to participate in active forums that is related to your website, set your website link in the signature (check the forum signature rules to ensure you are within the guidelines) and join in discussions, search engines picks up active forums quite fast and likely follow the link in your signature to your website.

The trouble with googles bots is that they have an appetite for (.com’s)(.net’s) and (.org’s) leaving my [.info] and [.tv] websites in the cold!

To add your domain manually and try Yahoo

If the comment has nofollow I know it won’t help with PR but what about with the time taken for indexing? I assume as the bots don’t follow the link your site won’t get indexed.

I actually got my first site on Google in less than 24 hours, on the first page with the keywords imovie help.
Well here is my advice:
Post it on sites with high pageviews, the site that worked best for me is yahoo answers (answers.yahoo.com), and I just put my link in my signature and Google picked it up quite fast.
