To be honest I found most reviews to be completely inaccurate and a bit inflated due to the customer’s frustration.

Yes I did, I always find reviews of a particular web hosting services. That is after I have bad experience with some providers

Reviews are almost always one sided and don’t give an accurate view of what is going on. I know that a lot of customers will post bad reviews if a host has done them bad, even if the host was in the right. So reviews arent always everything but they can be helpful
