Google decided to retire their well coveted Google Adsense referral program forever by keeping our wallets dry . From 1st August onwards, you would not get paid for referring webmasters for this program. I received a mail from them couple of days back.

Here was the part of bad news, but the good part of news is – they have launched accepting publishers for Google affiliate network. I already applied for one, let’s see how it is, once they approve my application.

I believe it was the best affiliate program for established webmasters with new bloggers or webmaster reader base. I am sure though the adsense referral program is retired, you would still be able to make money on referring clients through their Google product referral program.
