I agree with what you made mention especially when you said communicate with your audience. It is very important to establish a relationship with your readers/visitors so that they will be loyal to you.

what type of sites you want to review? and how will your reviews look like? … I can think only about adult site reviews hehe, but it won’t be this case, right?

and from you other ideas are the best link baits, they work damn good :)

Good ideas are you thinking about website reviews? Anything with a little link bait is for sure going to help out. I have also found that blogging about current events like Obama get some decent traffic too.

Just now I read about a ’similar’ topic at balkhis on popular post types. One more type I would like to add (that I mentioned there as well) is the question-answer type posts… Also, twitter survey posts are pretty much popular these days as well.

Some bloggers I know would have many ideas for the first few weeks. Then, it starts to die down to the point when the blogger would start making posts to say, “Sorry I haven’t posted in awhile…”

Another idea is to pick a fight with another well known blogger in your niche.

Deconstruct a post of theirs, telling them that they’re wrong.

It’s sure to get a few links, too! :-)

Involving your audience is of paramount importance in growing that audience. For example Shoemoney does a weekly Q&A which is very popular.

You shouldn’t really be struggling for blog content as the purpose of a blog is to share your thoughts and experience in a niche. If you’re struggling perhaps you shouldn’t be blogging!

If you are seriously running out of ideas, your best bet is to take a break from blogging for a week or two. Don’t force posts just because you are out of ideas.

Many bloggers tend to write statistics about earnings and blog visits - maybe it’s a good idea for a blogpost? Once a month or fortnight but it’s always a good starting point for discussion.

Another good tip would be to browse through Blog Forums. The forums really help you generate ideas.
